Since December 2022, I've worked at the Department of Justice and Community Safety as a digital data analyst, extracting insights from complex datasets using programs like VIEW, VicRoads DLS, and relevant mercantile systems. Applying advanced analytics, I enhance decision-making, operational efficiency, and compliance. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, I contribute to data-driven solutions aligned with justice delivery goals. With 17 years' research experience at the University of Melbourne, Monash University, and Monash Hospital, I hold a Master's in data science from Monash University. I've presented work to staff, students, and contributed to 15 articles. My skills encompass problem-solving, collaboration, independent project completion, data entry, mining, machine learning, and analytics. • Collection and transmission of patient records including history, ultrasound and biopsy images to medical professionals to assist with the generation of patient communications.
• Being familiar with multiple software systems and processes used in the collection, analysis and communications of critical health information.
• Power BI dashboards tool empowers managers to efficiently track performance indicators, identify trends, and make informed decisions, ultimately enhancing operational efficiency and facilitating strategic planning within the breast screening services.
• Coordinated the large project called Axiom Array. I used Axiom Suite for data processing. Experienced of genotyping with Axiom Array for over 53000 samples and QC data processing for various studies from 2020 onwards. After project was completed my job ahead of schedule and delivered the data to Cancer Council of Australia in using Cloudstor, AWS.
• Processing 15000 samples from tissues for breast cancers, colorectal, lung, ovarian, and prostate cancers through Illumina OncoArray Genotyping and GenomeStudio software was used to analyse the genotyping data and delivered the results to the desired group. After project was completed my job ahead of schedule and delivered the data to Cancer Council of Australia in using Cloudstor.
• Managed data from raw format through to representation using various software and methods to provide accurate and meaningful results
• Processing 15000 samples from tissues for breast cancers, colorectal, lung, ovarian, and prostate cancers through Illumina OncoArray Genotyping and GenomeStudio software which was used to analyse the genotyping data and delivered results to the appropriate group.
• Coordination of new staff and honours/ PhD students, including who is in charge of the activities leading to milestone achievements. I am part of the team which have diverse skills in bioinformatics, data analysis and wet lab scientists all moving in a common direction
