Experienced of genotyping with Axiom Array for over 53000 samples and QC data processing for various studies from 2020 onwards. After project was completed my job ahead of schedule and delivered the data to Cancer Council of Australia in using Cloudstor, AWS.
  • Processing 15000 samples from tissues for breast cancers, colorectal, lung, ovarian, and prostate cancers through Illumina OncoArray Genotyping and GenomeStudio software was used to analyse the genotyping data and delivered the results to the desired group. After project was completed my job ahead of schedule and delivered the data to Cancer Council of Australia in using Cloudstor.
