Main and Sub-Assembly
1. Participates in developing strategies for materials planning and SIOP.
2. Participates in the development and standardized processes within materials planning in order to optimize the utilization of business resources and meet customer demand for delivery.
3. Works with the manufacturing team and participates in the development of monthly production volume planning using forecast, inventory, actual customer orders and the defined capacity parameters.
4. Creates and executes plan for every part and maintain master data for purchased parts, sub-assemblies, end items and other parts as required.
5. Performs escalated expediting when required to ensure on time delivery of material.
6. Mitigates risks for short term shortages with internal suppliers to ensure successful customer delivery.
7. Use capacity and material planning tools to determine future production constraints and develop appropriate recommendations such as overtime, capacity expansion, outsourcing or expediting.
8. Monitors, analyzes and maintains key planning parameters including lead time and safety stocks.
9. Profile’s inventory including the identification of excess and obsolete inventory and aged WIP and creates action plan to address problem areas.
10. Process changes, reschedules and outside processing that are required to accomplish the production schedule goals.
11. Ensure adherence to schedule control processes and policies and procedures.
12. Review MRP order action messages, maintain schedule and visibility, identify and resolve issues that impact production and shipment.

Main and Sub-Assembly
1. Production Planning Preparation -Plans, prepares and maintain production schedules for manufacture of industrial or commercial products. Draws up master schedule to establish sequence and lead time of each operation to meet shipping dates according to sales forecasts or customer orders.
2. Capacity Planning and Review -Manage Production Capacity Planning and review together with related sections. Analyzes production specifications and plant capacity data and performs mathematical calculations to determine manufacturing processes, tools, and human resource requirements.
3. Plan and schedules workflow for each department and operation according to previously established manufacturing sequences and lead times.
4. Plan’s sequence of fabrication, assembly, installation and other manufacturing operations for guidance of workers.
5. Confers with departments supervisors to determine status of assigned projects.
6. Expedites operations that delay schedules and alters schedule to meet unforeseen conditions.
7. Prepares production reports.
8. May prepare list of required materials, tools, and equipment.
9. Maintains Production Plan on SAP.
10. Responsible for Production Order Creation in System (SAP).
11. Keep and maintain DOS/Stock base on given target.
12. Check and monitor stocks, deliveries and requirement on SAP.
13. Monitors all materials are available in accordance with the production schedule to meet the customer demand and target delivery.
14. Check and assure that the production plan is being uploaded on system and converted to production order using SAP.
15. Conducts/attend meeting to concern departments in order to solve the encountered issue and to achieve the plan.
16. Assures that the plan is tally on system.
17. Check and monitor of there is available stocks for the SKU to meet the sales order and demand forecast and could ship-out on time.
1. Communicates with supplier regarding on ordering of parts and raw materials.
2. Timely update, request and issuance of pertinent reports/documents such as components parts daily status, suppliers’ delivery performance, monitoring of parts, etc.
3. Timely and complete submission of documents to Impex and Purchasing Department for return of parts to supplier.
4. Monitor and assess order releases based on daily requirements. Follow-up suppliers’ delivery backlogs.
5. Assess components parts availability and status intended for production planning’s special schedules, backlog recoveries and Sunday/holiday overtimes.
