• In this role, I undertook a two week Student Work Placement as part of the Certificate 111 in Early Childhood and Care
• Quickly learned new skills and applied them to daily tasks, improving efficiency and productivity.
• Carried out day-day-day duties accurately and efficiently.

• Collaborated with various team members to meet guests' requests and tracked guest satisfaction surveys to recognize trends and create action plans for improving guest services.
• Set the salad bar ensuring all the salads were fresh and presentable. Made fresh sandwiches, rolls, fresh paper rolls, baked muffins, brownies and quiches to serve for the day. Scanned goods and processed bills for the customers and issue them receipts.
• Ensured dining and work stations were consistently maintained and cleaned.

In this role, I worked as part of a team of educators providing out of school hours care for children with responsibilities for:

• Ensuring the children's safety, providing supervision and engagement with children, helping the children to learn, communicate and develop skills to help them resolve conflicts and differences
• Prepare food and drinks for afternoon tea using safe food handling practices, undertake cleaning procedures perform hazard checks of the facilities
• Work as team, check the daily program, set-up and pack-up indoor and outdoor activities, assist with serving afternoon tea, ensure the children have sunscreen lotion and hats before playing outdoors.

• Got the shop ready by preparing the coffee machines, grills and juicers ready to use, made fresh sandwiches, salad wrap, fruit salads, and set fresh fruit and vegetables on its proper place in preparation for healthy and refreshing juice orders.
• Served and took orders from customers in a respectful and friendliest manner and prepared and cooked the food as per customer's instruction.
• Ascertained that the work stations were kept clean and sanitised at all times. Stocked and restocked drinks in the fridge,

• Collected and transported items from the storeroom to the sales floor for shelving and stocking, placing products with earliest expiration dates in the fronts and placed new items at the back.
• Organised shelves, racks and bins, removing all products that have been misplaced and bringing them to the appropriate area.
• Carried out day-day duties accurately and efficiently, demonstrated respect friendliness and willingness to help and assist customers locating the products needed when working during store hours.
