• Working as a receptionist for a GP clinic has provided me with the opportunity to develop a variety of different skills
• These include diffusing situations with difficult and demanding patients, multitasking and triaging the importance of tasks
• Additionally, I have learnt how to speak articulately to patients and what is expected in an office setting.

• Tutoring has allowed me to expand my teaching skills such as using digestible language to explain complex ideas, being patient and actively responding to the needs of individual students.
