Working as a Shift supervisor/Assistant Manager at one of the busiest Dominos in the country for over 2 years, has allowed me to grow in many aspects. The two most important ideals I have learnt about myself, is that I always want to grow beyond the position im in. Secondly I focus on wanting to learn everything that the job offers. My time at Dominos was spent mostly dealing with customer enquires and complaints. The responsibility of my role ensured that the consumer didn't leave disappointed no matter the fault. Building and fitting into a purpose driven team is what brings me the most fun while at work. What I look forward too from my next job experience is the opportunity to development in both the role and myself.
