1. Undertake established eExam supervision tasks.
2. Provide high levels of customer service to students sitting eExams in a calm and positive manner by conveying respect and empathy in accordance with best practice guidelines, policy, procedure and protocols.
3. Maintain service standards, including those applying to privacy, confidentiality and University procedures for eExam delivery.
4. Monitor students in accordance with eExam rules to ensure the security and integrity of essessments by reporting any suspicious behaviours or activity.
5. Provide advice and technical support to students during an eExam sitting.
6. Provide feedback and suggestions about improvement of services and contribute to and participate in activities to ensure a positive workplace culture.
7. Maintain open and effective channels of communication with students, staff and other stakeholders.
