Worked as a foreman for Ford Civil , Subground Technology in Sydney when starting off in the construction Industry.

Went out on my own in early 2001 and continued to build my company over the years. Have remained a small company 3-10 employees through out the years to keep operations manageable and sustainable through some challenging times.

Work on a number of large projects with Lend Lease , Service Stream and Sydney Water along with a advertising company J C Decaux installing advertising bus shelters bollards and signs. Also have been fortunate to work through out the civil construction industry building appartments - Town houses and roadways.

Have spent all these years as a full time operator and foreman / supervisor, overseaing all work conducted under Mathias Excavations.

Have a excavator ticket and HC drivers licence. Able to operate a forklift but no licence.
