Accomplishments

UTAS requested my catering services for one of their meetings. I took note of all the dietary needs and made a menu that would be good for everyone there. Based on their supplies they let me use, my per-head budget calculation provided Launceston Big Picture school with the accurate funding. A letter of encouragement confirmed their wish for me to do it again.
