I wanted further experience in logistics as it aligns with my study and the career I want to pursue. I took the job at Warren Global where I was tasked mainly with assisting the existing sea import team. I quickly learned the processes and was assisting the Air team as well. My tasks would include, quoting clients, tracking vessels, gathering necessary documents and getting shipments cleared with customs. Which then lead to arrange appropriate deliveries.
As Customer Service Manager I was able to apply all my previous customer service skills to ensure all our online and in-store customers received excellent service and communication. I was positioned alongside the warehouse manager receiving shipments, checking inventory, correct and effective warehouse storing of goods, inventory control, pick/packing orders and refilling the stores.
I commenced working for Politix as a PPT in February 2020. After showcasing my exceptional customer service skills, relationship building and teamwork I was swiftly promoted to manager by May. I grew the Politix David Jones Carindale team increasing sales, achieving and exceeding all KPI's set by the company and myself. In November 2020 a position on the Gold Coast opened where I was appointed Store Manager of the flag ship store in Pacific Fair doubling as Cluster Manager. As cluster manager I over saw 5 stores and 15+ team members.
I have had the pleasure of assisting the O'Keeffe's with running their household and raising their two beautiful children. I was tasked with managing their day to day scheduling, planning and organising trips, school/day-care runs and managing the household. I was in charge of assisting the children in their early years of development prior to attending school including but not limited to: providing a loving nurturing environment, activities to build their cognitive and fine motor skills, cooking and preparing meals.
I began working as the nanny for the CEO of a PMS company called NewBook. While working for them and caring for their children I would oversee tasks such as, running the household, organizing schedules and caring for their children. In January 2019 when their current EA left the company, I was offered the position, to which I accepted as I am always looking for growth and development within a company
