Served as a Project Working Group member, leading a $16m development project for new Junior School buildings. This involved developing project scope, budget, design, and construction elements, as well as managing recruitment. Served as a Project Working Group member, leading a $1.5m development project for a new Junior School car park. This included developing project scope, budget, design, and construction elements, as well as managing recruitment. Initiated and led a school improvement program resulting in significant curriculum improvement and enhanced student outcomes, as recognized by the International Baccalaureate Organization (IBO) and Council of International Schools (CIS) reviews. Oversaw the development of a new Year 5 farm campus, focused on sustainability and environmental outcomes, with a project value of $1.5m. The project received sustainability awards for its dedication to environmental initiatives.
