I'm a determined SPE/PM specializing in performance management, design management/review, quality assurance, programming/scheduling, cost control, commercial issues, staff management, subcontractor management, and reviewing designs/scope of works to meet client expectations. I'm engaging, personable, professional, and hold myself to a high standard to meet key milestones and deadlines. I'm extremely goal oriented with experience leading civil engineering projects with budgets in excess of $20,000,000. I have experience in concurrently managing multiple civil projects of high value. I have experience in various drainage and high pressure pipeline projects, ranging from small to large diameter, as well as experience in earthworks/site works, concrete, and road construction projects. I have worked for a variety of clints such as CBH, Rio Tinto, Fonterra, Chevron, and various local governments. I have experience in FIFO/DIDO work, as well as office based work, and have managed a number of interested projects such as:
