Summary

I am a dedicated pre-service teacher currently enrolled in a full-time program at Edith Cowan University, pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Education with a specialization in Early Childhood Studies. My academic journey has been characterized by a deep commitment to the field of education, and I have consistently received positive evaluations and feedback from my mentor teachers, university supervisors, and employers during my tenure as an Education Assistant. Although my feedback has been positive, I understand I am on a learning journey and will always look for ways to improve and areas to increase my learning. My pedagogical approach is centered on the creation of a secure and nurturing learning environment that fosters a sense of anticipation and enthusiasm among students for their school experience. Drawing from my role as a parent, I possess a deep appreciation for the significance of a supportive education system that values each child as an individual learner. I place great importance on the cultivation of positive relationships with students and the active engagement with both students and their families. This collaborative approach ensures that the learning experience is responsive to and aligns with each child's unique educational needs.

As a pre-service teacher, I am highly motivated to continue learning and evolving as I accumulate further classroom experience.
