1. THE POINT AT MILSONS POINT SYDNEY
This was a luxurious residential project in one of Sydney's most exclusive suburbs. It consisted of 15 apartments, 2heritage townhouses and a very high end exclusive penthouse which i believe recently sold for 14.5 million dollars. The scope on this project was 34 Million and was completed successfully with $850k still in the budget and two weeks left on the program.
2. 38 ALBERT AVENUE CHATSWOOD NSW
Completed in October 2015. $160 million dollar scope of works. Project summary consisted of 2 towers, 9 levels with hospital, residential, commercial shopfronts and serviced apartments.
3. 155 CLARENCE STREET SYDNEY NSW
A heritage listed building dating back to the 1930's. Keeping the original facade and other key elements were paramount carefully preserving and upgrading the residence.
4. DISCOVERY POINT WOLLI CREEK NSW
A waterfront residential build where i was site manager for stages 1-8 and Construction manager for stages 8-14 known as shore of the precinct. With 14 separate towers the builds varied from a minimum of $95 million in scope per tower to $225 million per tower depending on many aspects. each tower would be anywhere from 3 basement levels and 21 floor levels, to 5 basement levels and 43 floors. I ran construction teams made up of Project Managers, Site managers, foreman, cadets, and Contract administrators to assist in building and construction delivery of these towers accommodating over 1200 luxurious apartments. I had to meet strict environment and rail authority approvals due to adjacent protected wetland and nearby rail corridors. it is positioned on the shoreline of Cooks River only 10-15 kms from Sydney Harbour.
5. GRAND CENTRAL PLAZA TOOWOOMBA
Rebuild/Re develop Grand central plaza in Toowoomba. with a $500 million dollar scope on behalf of the Queensland Investment Corporation. I was site manager for this specific project and completed my time with probuild this being the final build.
