Matthew Browne

· (2014) Co-introduced quantitative safety risk management to Endeavour Energy

· (2015) Innovated the approach and made the case for major safety investment to reduce arc-flash risk on circa 1600 high voltage distribution feeders. This has had a measurable impact in preventing the extent of arc-flash injuries.

· (2016) Developed a quantitative bushfire risk methodology to select and optimize controls and developed team capability in the process of creating a bushfire management plan.

· (2017) Introduced ISO 55001 processes and quality control practices to reduce errors and system impacts.

· (2019) Wrote the case for and overseeing the first implementation of IEC 61850 sampled values substations.

· (2020) Led another team to commission Endeavour Energy’s first customer standalone power system

· (2020) Developed a risk position and new Auto Reclose policy which has improved network reliability by about $1.8m per annum.

· (2020) development of the Company’s bushfire risk management framework.
