As an NRL Assistant Development Officer, I support the delivery of rugby league development programs at the grassroots level.

• I assist in organising and delivering talent identification programs, training camps, and community events.
• This also includes supporting the development of junior players and coaches, and providing administrative support, including event logistics and record-keeping.
• Regularly, I am required to engage with local clubs, schools, and communities to promote rugby league participation and mentor coaches and volunteers to enhance their skills.
• I have a passion for rugby league and sports development.
• Being an assistant development officer at the NRL has given me experience in coaching and sports administration, aswell as strong communication, organisational, and interpersonal skill.

• Woolworths has provided me with excellent training in personal and professional development.
• As a team member, my duties in the fruit and veg department include taking new deliveries of fruit and veg off incoming trucks, stacking the deliveries of fruit and veg on the floor of the store for customers to buy, and making sure the overall presentation of that department/area always looks the best it can be.
• In the Front-end department, I also work behind the checkouts/registers, serving customers.
• This job has given me experience in customer service, allowing me to work with a variety of people, and in unique and different situations.
• On occasions, I have also been required to be a team supervisor and run the Fruit and Vegetable department by myself.

• I referee local junior and senior rugby league matches over weekends.
• My job as a Junior Director is to assist with our association's weekly training sessions, as well as appoint referees to well over one hundred junior rugby league games every weekend.
