I’ve gotten good at working really hard over 20 years in IT&T.. Understanding complex systems and network architecture and software development methodologies is easy, building and managing them, hard. Chatting with engineers about everything from machine learning algorithms to the fine details of cloud infrastructure scalability also, easy. But knowing how to turn that tech talk into something that makes sense for the business folks and delivering on it.. much harder. I'm not someone who buys into tech hype. I like to assess technology on its merits against your use case. Id prefer to deliver you the best solution you can get rather than deliver the same new and shiny thing in the tech hype cycle (hard)
I love unique (hard) projects that solve specific business challenges with innovative solutions which is why I swim with a lot of interesting (hard working) tech people in the events space.
