Accomplishments

  • Achieved the recording of all production issues and service issues by introducing JIRA Service Management for improving machine builds.
  • Successfully increased production capacity by 3x by moving factories with new improved layouts to streamline production - Including the implantation of large gantry cranes
  • Led the successful integration of a new product into machinery, including testing, setting up the bill of materials, and coordinating international installation directly on customer equipment. Additionally, developed training programs to enable team members to continue installations, ensuring the upgrade of all in-use machines.
  • Implemented JIRA Service Desk to streamline tracking and recording of production and service issues, enabling the team to identify and prioritize key issues for resolution, resulting in improvements in both time efficiency and product quality.
  • Assembled, wired and tested a prototype automatic laser engraver with a robotic loader, contributing to its optimization for production and improving overall efficiency and functionality.
  • Contributed to the prototyping of a SCARA robot loader, assisting in the design and development process to enhance automation and efficiency.
