- Supervised two separate work crews on the Flood Recovery Projects in Limestone Creek and Cross Border.
- Supervised and worked with another of my teams installing new well lease builds for Dev X. Oil and Gas well projects.
- Worked on CCS re-injection skids in cross border fields.
- Holding Daily prestart safety meetings using our pocket tool (Step 7) and (Transition to work) to openly discuss yesterday and today's work, encouraging all members of the team to have a say.
- Led my team in troubleshooting complex instrumentation and electrical issues and shared our learnings.
- Liaise with Area operators, Permit authorities and ATLs throughout the Cooper Basin.
- Trained new I&E Techs on best practices for glanding, infrastructure, instrumentation operations and safety protocols in this hazardous environment.
