Matthew Nelson

I'm a very sporty and active person. I love playing footy, spent the last two years playing for the Dandenong Stingrays which I have worked really hard and been extremely motivated to do my best, I have succeeded in medals for my school athletics and shown dedication and thrive to win. I am a good character and show a lot of good traits, I am respectful, humble and motivated person.

I have won the Chloe Myers award at Hillsmeade primary school that shows great sporting achievements for the year, I have won 3x Best and fairest for footy and 4x Basketball MVP's as well as runners up for both sports throughout my time. I have been allocated Captain for Berwick Springs Titans a few years ago and have won a premiership in 2017. I have won medals and ribbons for my school and won state netball for Alkira Secondary college in 2020.

I love footy it is my dream to make it to AFL, I have played in the coates talent league for two years now and am looking to play VFL next year, I have achieved a high elite footy program and played every game to my best ability, i am a hard worker and will continue to do this to make myself the best person I can be. Spending time with loved ones is really important to me as I am a brother of 4, live with my mum and dad as well as one brother, I am an Uncle of 4 and enjoy every bit of it, I also really enjoy spending time with mates as they are what makes me laugh and easy going, my girlfriend is also someone i cherish and love spending time with. Gaming. Music and Reading is just a thing I do to pass time, clear my head and enjoy myself. Also love working out and going to the gym.
