  • Providing one on one assistance to these students when completing their work and assignments
  • Working collaboratively with teachers and learning facilitators to implement strategies to ensure these students can work efficiently and assist in managing the classroom
  • Understand each students Personalised Learning Plans to gain understandings of these students and how we can ensure we accommodate to their individual needs to overcome these difficulties
  • Read through specialist reports to construct students Personalised Learning Plans
  • Have an understanding of what these reports involve and filter through relevant information to ensure the learning plans are accurate and easy for teachers to read
  • Meet regularly with students/parents/staff to review the learning plan and discuss students’ challenges, concerns and implement feedback
  • Promote positive learning for these students by ensuring their challenges are accommodated for

  • Managing students who have wellbeing challenges, working closely with the counselling team to ensure they are well supported, as wellbeing is paramount to a student’s learning
