I am an Australian citizen from WA, looking to move into the yachting industry and absorb as much as i can. Have always been around and love the beach, and wanted to combine travel, learning and hospitality together. While i am a green deckhand to working on boats, Im a very reliable worker and learn very quickly and adapt to a multitude of situations. I am applying for deckhand positions, but am open to the possibility of helping out interiorly if needed.

  • Management of staff, as well as other duty managers, and allocating tasks, focuses on troubleshooting problems as they arise.
  • Working with upper management in a number of issues relating to stock, reviews, KPI's and staffing.
  • Ordering all the desired alcohol, dry goods, non-alcoholic beverages, imported spirits, gas, and fruit, while communicating with many different distributors, portals, and representatives.
  • Use of IMPOS system to input purchasing orders, alters prices, change stock levels and menu changes
  • Daily cash up of the tills and identifying variances, managing labour and reporting on the nights events

  • Weekly stocktaking of all alcohol-based products, troubleshooting all variances identified and investigation into it
  • Use of another invoicing system to process incoming invoices and dispute when needed.
  • Experimentation, production and balancing of tequila-based cocktails, fitting requirements such as seasons, event and most importantly, beverage costing
  • Presentation of cocktails to owner to be desired upon, altered and approved, then subsequently rolling out as a weekly cocktail special
