• Clinical Contributions: During hygiene care, on a patient with a diagnosis of sepsis with a unknown cause having further investigation, I identified a concern beyond routine hygiene and raised it with the treating team, suggesting a potential pilonidal abscess, seconded by the reviewing physician, leading to timely review and intervention.
• Patient Safety: Recognised a non-responsive patient during routine observations, promptly called a Code Blue, and conducted vital signs and BGL checks, helping the team identify and address hypoglycemia as the cause of the patient's condition.
• Technology Integration: Digitised patient documentation at Pain Matrix Eastern, improving operational efficiency and reducing errors in patient records.
• Team Collaboration: Successfully implemented Microsoft Teams, creating a robust communication system and database to enhance patient care coordination
