200m x 50m Warehouse / factory roof and wall removal and replaced including 10,000m2 roofing, insulation,wire, purlins, gutters and downpipes.
2,500m2 wall sheeting replaced, including wall girts.
Structural steel roof and wall bracing removed and replaced and existing portal frame structural steel re-painted on site.
Concrete floor repaired and epoxy coated, tilt up panel repaired.
Mechanics pit repaired,epoxied, new steel stairs and balustrade fitted.
Upholstery manufacturing section ceiling repaired, painted, new wiring / lighting fitted.
Plumbing works consisted of reinstating copper airlines and water throughout factory.
Covered ,protected and cleaned entire production line equipment.
X 90 Tradesman on site 7 days during 4 week shutdown period.

Boden Projects- I ran a $3 million dollar refurbishment of Canterbury/Hurlstone Park RSL Club, whilst the club functioned.

Walan constructions- I ran a $3 million dollar demo and new build of a BP Service Station at Kurmond.
included new shop, with cafe and cooking facilities inside,new underground fuel tanks,(x2, 500,000 litres ea.)decommissioning old leaking in ground tanks,building new concrete Reinforced retaining walls to expand driveway traffic on site, complete new concrete forecourt driveway and overhead canopy to handle large semi trailers getting fuel and food for highway travel.
J.Cliffords- ran a million dollar plus refurbishment of the “ Hotel Bondi”
which included new bar areas, new gaming room, new lounge areas, new Tab room, staff offices.
Contract joinery works, for quality clients, including Harry M Miller, Deborah Hutton,Paula Duncan,amongst others from channel 9 and channel 2 staff.

I ran a team of 12 carpenters, working under the General Foreman, to demo old village cinema complex inside, to build new nightclub venue, whilst keeping the heritage listed facade intact.

at practical completion,works included sourcIng and fitting heritage tiles and fittings to main foyer entry, that required special aesthetic requirements due to heritage listing.
