- Assisted Site Manager with site establishment planning for CHEP Hospital including locating/planning site accommodation locations and sizes, tower crane and hoist placement

- Collaborated with Site Manager to develop Civil program

- Developed long range structure program for CHEP that was utilised and incorporated into subcontractors contract programs

- Oversaw site establishment of the CHEP project

- Supervised Asbestos removal and Demolition of Building 5 to enable CHEP construction

- Supervised all Civil works for CHEP project

- Supervised entire Structure for CHEP project

- Supervised 5 levels of CHEP hospital fit out (ICU/ Cardiac ward/ Catheterisation labs/ IPU/ Plantroom/roof space/ Helipad)

Brookfield Place Wynyard

- Supervised 30 levels front/ back of house lift lobbies and Male/Female bathroom spaces

Westmead CASB Hospital

- Supervised Civil works/slab prep inside the main building footprint in Asbestos contaminated soil

- Supervised the main CASB structure (90,000m2)

- Supervised 3 levels of Hospital fit out predominantly consisting of IPU spaces but also contained the first patient holding National Infectious disease unit built to a PC3 standard in Australia which was constructed based on a specialist hygienist briefing report used to get to the required standard

University of Canberra Public Hospital

- Supervised Facade/ Roof and Landscaping works including numerous internal courtyards

South East Regional Hospital

- General carpentry works

- Managed closing out defects in the lead up to PC

- Managed defect/handover DLP period onsite after PC for 5 months by myself

- Residential carpentry working on roughly 15 new houses over the span of 2 years

- Competent in all aspects os capentry including but not limited to (wall framing/ roof trusses/ decking/ door hanging/ fit out/off works)
