Hi! I am Matthew De Castro, an energetic and motivated individual passionate about fostering collaboration and promoting community engagement. I bring knowledge in event planning and conflict resolution, along with strong organizational and communication skills, and I am dedicated to creating a positive impact through effective leadership and teamwork. I enjoy gathering and motivating others to drive initiatives and foster engagement.

Coming from a fast-paced kitchen environment, I have developed strong skills in time management and multitasking, with a proven ability to work under pressure while maintaining high standards of food quality and safety. I bring a positive attitude and a commitment to teamwork, ensuring dedication and efficiency in everything I do.

With experience in organizational tasks, I have a keen eye for detail and take a creative, critical, and committed approach to improving systems—whether through reports, documents, graphics, or files. I have a vision to organize and enhance any environment I work in.

• Lead the Media Team (VPtv) of Victoria Point State High School, as the Lead Producer 2024 - Present
• Given the opportunity to serve as School Captain for 2025 for Victoria Point State High School & created the First School Leadership Position Campaign alongside a Co-Captain
