Just to shed a bit of light on my history here at DHL supply chain,

i started my journey with DHL on February of 2018.

I personally thrive in a fast pase work environment so i loved the job instantly. i was also amazed in the culture and positivity that i was surrounded by.

This is where my passion for DHL started. My only goal was leaning more for personal development and self improvement and by doing so it has brought me to my current position which is a Leading Hand.

• Collaborated with team members to complete tasks quickly and increase overall productivity.
• Assisted in training new employees on safe forklift operation, contributing to a stronger workforce.
• Ensuring timely delivery of orders and maintaining clear communication with clients.
• Ensuring all documents, invoices and dockets are correct for inbound and outbound freight.
• Maintained optimal inventory levels.

My responsibilities for this job included:

• The operation and maintenance of an industrial machine/plant.
• Trained new employees on proper machine operation, ensuring adherence to company standards and safety guidelines.
• Maintained open communication lines with supervisors regarding order status updates, potential delays, or any concerns affecting production timelines.
• Quick and efficient loading and unloading of goods using a forklift as well as manual handling while maintaining high safety standards.
• Organising the logistic/transportation of goods.
• Completed physically demanding tasks efficiently while maintaining high levels of energy throughout the workday.

• I was responsible for mixing the cookie dough which involved reading and following instructions for different mixtures; use of safety knife and electric pallet jack.
