I worked with a Sole trader doing renovation work around Sunshine Coast. We did a big variety of bathrooms, kitchens, decks, patios..


Tasks:

- Measure and cut the required building material accordingly

- Demolition Work

- Reconstruct/replace/removal of internal frames

- Cutting and placement of plasterboards

- Installation of architraves, windows,doors

- Good housekeeping for a clean workplace

I've worked in the mechanical and module team, this to having a lot of experience in all sectors of the job.

My job was to manage the module team, with up to 40people in our crew.

  • Show new members how to install solar panels efficient, correct and SAFE!
  • Give extra advice about housekeeping and tips to whoever needed it.
  • Tell Team Leaders what area they will be working in and what the target is for that day.
  • Provide materials to all teams
  • Provide transport and water for each crew
  • Help out panel crews with installing solar panels
  • Correctly fix mistakes and clarify this to that team.
  • Making sure there is good housekeeping
  • Be able to work under limited supervision as well as in team
  • If someone is absent, be able to redirect crews independently

During absence of my supervisor, I would do his tasks as well
