Summary

I have over thirteen years of experience as a high performing member of the Australian Public Service. I enjoyed twelve years working across a range of temporary visa programs at Home Affairs in Visa Decision Maker roles and as Team Supervisor to various teams. I have been engaged within the Department of Education and Workplace Reactions - PALM Scheme, as a Senior Relationship Manager since August 2023.

I enjoy and excel at communicating, engaging with colleagues, stakeholders and clients, building and sustaining relationships, and providing ongoing support whilst still understanding and working towards desired outcomes.

I recognise the positive benefits that are gained from diversity and enjoy and encourage the exploration of diverse views, different perspectives and working styles.

I work well in high pressure environments, persist with, and focus on achieving objectives in difficult circumstances. I have a positive attitude and respond to pressure in a calm manner.

I am always excited about and open to learning, developing my knowledge and experience, and confidently identify when self-development/support is required.

I am highly motivated to succeed and desire to take on new challenges.
