  • Played a key role in the Wagerup Advancing Competitiveness programs, helping realize over $4M in savings for FY2025 so far by leading a suite of 18 direct initiatives—including insourcing maintenance positions, reducing contractor overheads and indirect charges, cutting contractor vehicle numbers, and embedding new shift patterns to optimize FTE requirements.
