• Transitioned the Contractor Daily Visual Management Board (DVMB) to a digital platform during cov19, streamlining timekeeping and data management processes and delivering greater efficiency and real-time visibility for all stakeholders. This DVMB is still in use today with linked dashboard to contractor readiness, delay visibility and unplanned work execution.
• Played a key role in the Wagerup Advancing Competitiveness programs, helping realize over $4M in savings for FY2025 so far by leading a suite of 18 direct initiatives—including insourcing maintenance positions, reducing contractor overheads and indirect charges, cutting contractor vehicle numbers, and embedding new shift patterns to optimize FTE requirements.
