I started straight out of school at Red Rooster in a full-time kitchenhand position, working my way up through assistant management, store management, and to area manager. While I was there, I learned all about budgets, P&Ls, cash handling, etc. Once I became an area manager, I realized I missed the store environment, so I left to start my career with Big W. At Big W, I was hired as a department manager, was an assistant manager for two years, then a relieving store manager for a year, and am now back to store support leader. While at Big W, I have done everything from filling shelves to coordinating stocktakes. I have worked in many different stores across Big W, and I have always enjoyed working with the teams.
