The following is a true and honest statement of character regarding Max Hebden.

I am the owner and operator of the business registered by the name Icon

Demolitions, writing in regards to acknowledge and confirm the character and work

ethic of Max Hebden.

From the time spent working with Max within the month of September I can soundly

and honestly describe Max to be a hardworking, intelligent and eager young man,

Not only was his attendance was more than satisfactory with no days missed and no

days late, his mood and attitude on site were always in high form, never letting the

size of the tasks given to him wear him down mentally or emotionally,

Max has also shown an ability to understand more than just the tasks given to him

for any specific time frame and asks questions and theorises on solutions making

Max not only a hard and diligent worker but a problem solver as he has shown

during the several times I personally witnessed over the course of working with and

supervising Max.

I would like to finally acknowledge his growing eagerness to learn, Max does not

simply wait to be told to do something but actively seeks out tasks that he can

accomplish to both benefit his co-workers while engaging in an acquisition of

knowledge be it through a physical trial and error or a question and answer format

this was also witnessed several times during his attendance at work.

This statement of character is simply a reflection of the hardworking, ethical and

eager nature witness by myself during my supervision of Max within the month of
