Max Hochgrebe

Having lived within tight-knit communities since I was able to interact with the world around me, I have a passion for upholding and creating community togetherness, and am often inspired by the people within my society, who influence me to become a person with a wider range of skills and abilities. I am a hard-working, passionate individual who has consistently been a reliable source of inspiration, knowledge, skill, and compassion for family, friends, employers, and peers. One of my greatest skills is my ability to recognise the world's potential for change, followed only by my desire to fight for that positive change within the world I and my peers get to be a part of.

• Highest Academic Achievement within my Year 11 Cohort, while completing an accelerated Advanced Maths HSC course.
• Received a NSW Public Education Week Award, which recognised my organisational contributions to the 'Positive Change Market', a sustainable community event that proposed an environmentally-conscious alternative to fast fashion.
• Received the ADF Future Innovators Award in 2023, which, funded by the Australian Defence Force, rewarded demonstrations of motivation, innovation and achievement in a STEM related field.
• Performed at schools all across my local area to raise awareness for bullying, mental health, and the impacts of natural disasters on communities.
