• Working independently, with minimal supervision.
• Maintaining regular communications with area supervisor and delivery contractors via the app, messaging, and sms.
• Covering different areas to promote material in the most efficient manner and in different weather conditions.
• Showing respect for stock, people's property, and engaging with the community in a polite and friendly manner.
• Showing physical fitness in regards to door to door delivery.
• Persevering despite setbacks.
• Taking on additional deliveries during peak holiday times.
• Participating in incentive challenges and ivehub competitions.
