This seven-figure project requires dedicated focus on small yet instrumental details to ensure successful integration to support our growing business.
LiW (Launch into work) partnered funding project with Department of Employment & Workplace Relations - Lead collaboration with internal and external partners to develop and secure government funding for a recruitment program. The program focuses on attracting women to a male dominated field by offering pre onboarding support such as mentoring and soft skill, aiming for high recruitment and retention rates.
Contract Acquisition - Busways Northwest - In 2022 Busways acquired a large ex government depot (GSBC7) doubling our workforce. I led the HRIS data transition for over 1000 new employees, ensuring accurate payroll for over 86 new award rates verifying all required government clearances and transition onboarding for new employees.
Contract Acquisition - Busways South Australia - In 2020 Busways was awarded the Outer South bus contract in South Australia, governed by the Department of Infrastructure and Transport (DIT). During the height of the COVID lockdown, a team from NSW and I relocated to South Australia for 4 months. I led the Operations Control Centre team to implement Busways training to existing staff and onboarded those who transitioned over.
