I did my Master of Business (By Research) in Performance Auditing from Central Queensland University, Australia. I have achieved Advanced Auditing Techniques, Performance Audit Planning, Data Analysis and Interpretation, Risk Assessment and Management, Regulatory Compliance, Communication Skills, Project Management, Leadership and Collaboration Proficiency.
I am a results-oriented Public Financial Management (PFM) expert focusing on Compliance and Performance Auditing in providing comprehensive financial oversight, strategic analysis, and pre and post-audit management across diverse public organizations.

Work History

Divisional Controller of Accounts (DCA)

Administrative Functions:

  • Perform administrative functions as head of the offices
  • Distribute work among the staff and officers
  • Internal transfer within the office
  • Sanction leave to staff and officers as per rule provision
  • Take disciplinary action against staff under him based on delegated authority.
  • Arranging training programs for staff
  • Ensure settlement of audit observation under related division
  • Supervise work, discipline and ensure the security of offices

Accounting Functions:

  • Incorporate monthly accounts of the Divisional Controller of Accounts (DCA) office, District Accounts Office (DAO) and Upazila Accounts offices (UAO) under DCA in the following month within the scheduled date specified by Controller General Accounts (CGA)
  • Reconcile the pre-audit cheque of the DCA office and all DAO and UAO offices as per the procedure.
  • Reconcile accounts with the department whose claims have been settled by DCA and his subordinate offices, ensure reliability and prevent data manipulation.

Pre-audit Functions:

  • Ensure settlement pay, pension and other claims are placed at the DCA office and offices under DCA's jurisdiction within a reasonable time.
  • Maintain GPF accounts of all subscribers and make advance/final payment of GPF within the prescribed time.
  • Fixation of pay of staff and officers under his pay and accounting domain
