During my industrial training at STH Wire Industry in Melaka, Malaysia, I evaluated mechanical issues in existing machinery and proposed solutions to enhance efficiency. I implemented these solutions and assessed their effectiveness, leading to improved operational performance. Additionally, I reviewed and updated the maintenance system to ensure optimal equipment functionality.

As a Welfare Officer in the Student Representative Council, I addressed student concerns by implementing initiatives to enhance their well-being and campus experience. I managed the recruitment of committee members, coordinated welfare-related events, and resolved issues affecting students in collaboration with university departments. Additionally, I played a key role in organizing high-impact projects and ensured the smooth functioning of welfare operations.

As a leader in the International Student Society, I developed annual welfare plans and collaborated with university offices to address the needs of international students. I recruited and trained subcommittee members, fostering teamwork and effective communication to ensure smooth society operations. Additionally, I played a pivotal role in organizing events like the ISS Leadership Exploration and Development (LEAD) camp and acted as an advisor on welfare matters and faculty meetings.

As a Customer Service Agent, I managed over 50 inquiries daily, providing accurate information about courses and admission requirements. I resolved student and parent concerns efficiently, ensuring a high standard of service and satisfaction. Additionally, I maintained effective communication and problem-solving skills to address diverse issues and uphold the university's reputation.
