4. Recording and maintaining leave management of all employees.
5. Motivate employees for late attendance, leave management, work environment etc.
6. Handle employee benefits, wages and payroll administration.
7. Prepare on performance appraisal and conclude the process including the awarding annual increment process.
8. Keep all employees personal record & upgrade time-to-time.
9. Handling employee database in Excel.
10. Handling employee`s grievances and solve on priority basis.
11. Monitoring Salary Structure, Leaves & attendance etc.
12. Have thorough knowledge on Bangladesh Labor Code, 2006 as amended in 2015, BEPZA Instructions and able to guide Mgt. in right perspective & Conduct inquiry while necessary.
13. Prepare reports as desired by the management.
14. Handling disciplinary activities of employees in accordance with labor law and company policy.
15. To write letters/ prepare drafts and correspondent with various department /concerned authority and provide administrative support to the Management.
16. Coordinate and maintain records for all types of administrative works.
17. Ensure cleaning, housekeeping.
