• Open packaging inspection (OPI) of piping materials & media equipment
• Work planning of hydraulic, lubrication, grease & utility pipeline work as per project schedule
• Implementation of pipeline project as per drawing
• Supervision of planned job with PRIMETALS expert & DASTUR
• Daily work progress report making & submission to higher management
• Pressure testing, pickling(hydraulic) & flushing of 24 Km pipeline
• Commissioning of all media equipment & tuning the parameters as per drawing & instruction of PRIMETALS expert
• Maintaining proper communication regarding technical discrepancies with PRIMETALS
• Local materials procurement & inspection
• Bill checking of contractors

Plant Maintenance:

• Planning & scheduling of preventive & shutdown maintenance
• Job loading & effective utilization of the manpower
• Prepare history card, tracking performance
• Root cause analysis of equipment's failure & take initiative to implement actions
• Preparing of yearly budget for mechanical consumption & controlling the consumption within the budget limit
• Spare management and monthly consumption report of consumables
• Conducting the training of non-management employee for development of their skills & performance

• Checking all parameters for smooth operation of mill
• Maintaining online checklist for all equipment
• Maintaining preventive maintenance schedule
• Attending breakdown maintenance
• Ensuring proper job distribution for the shift personnel
• Ensuring the availability of spare parts for smooth production
• Ensuring good housekeeping of the work area in the shift
• Record keeping of all condition monitoring data
