As an international student, I developed vital customer service and office administration skills. I started my career at McDonald's, where I learned how to engage with customers, resolve their issues, and provide a great service experience in a fast-paced workplace. My responsibilities included answering customer inquiries, swiftly processing orders, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. I currently work part-time in office administration at Demos Property Services, where I am assigned to handle various office-related tasks such as data entry, organizing, document management, and general office assistance. This work has helped me improve my organizational and multitasking skills, allowing me to handle office activities after hours efficiently. I've gained a better understanding of office procedures and administrative processes.
As a student leader, I work voluntarily in Monash College helping newly enrolled students with their academics and solving their FAQs regarding Monash College. I with my fellow student leaders organize orientation and other student-oriented functions.
