My husband & I founded a highly successful Cyber Security business based in NZ & Australia which we sold in 2022.
My role evolved many times over the life of the business including CCTV analyst, project management, event sponsorship, customer training, client events/trips etc.
My main focus and passion was within People & Culture where I implemented many elements to build a professional, thriving, happy, well & diverse team. Some of these included a 4 day working week, green spaces, healthy in house meals, holistic therapies for staff & their families, 'women in Cyber' social group/mentoring and the all important in house barista training for our weekly office latte art competition 😉

In my spare time I love to snowboard with my husband & kids (Japan is our fave), hike with my girlfriends, read (I have the BEST bookclub), scroll through Net-a-porter, Pilates and many other things. My girlfriends love to get me over to style their homes and sort their wardrobes for them. You'll often see me walking the boardwalk in Noosa with our 2 Jack Russells.
