  • During my time at Pulse, we grew the business from 5 to 13 private hospitals. We doubled the group’s earnings and profits through an aggressive brownfield, greenfield and acquisition strategy
  • The strategy resulted in the keen interest from other hospital groups which ultimately lead to Pulse being acquired by Healthecare Australia for $155m in May 2017
  • As the COO, I had full P&L accountability for all 13 sites with an annual budget in excess of $150m
