My primary role as a Registered Nurse at CosmeticCulture is to provide and perform a range of dermal therapies including;

• skincare advice
• consultations, and homecare programs
• injectable treatments (including dermal fillers, muscle relaxants, PRP)
• microdermabrasion
• laser and BBL
• chemical peels and skin/micro-needling.

I provide a compassionate and holistic nursing approach that addresses, physical, emotional, and spiritual needs at all times.

I collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop comprehensive treatment plans for complex patients.

I prevent the spread of infections by consistently adhering to strict infection control protocols and educating patients on proper hygiene practices.

I assist in the training and mentorship of new nursing staff members, contributing to a positive work environment and high-quality patient care.

I help promote a culture of safety within the practice by participating in quality improvement initiatives, identifying potential hazards, and advocating for best practices in nursing care delivery.

I am able to manage challenging patient situations using de-escalation techniques, intervention strategies, and communication skills.

I am competent in administering medications safely according to established guidelines while closely monitoring for side effects or adverse reactions requiring intervention.

I participated in ongoing professional development opportunities to stay current on best practices in nursing care and emerging trends in healthcare delivery.

I record all details regarding treatments to keep patient charts updated.

I equipped patients with aftercare and knowledge needed for speedy and sustained recovery.
