Currently working with Victorian Institute of Technology, Melbourne, Victoria, Australia as an Associate Lecturer. Enthusiastic Professor well-versed in technology-based teaching methods in the field of Economics, Human Resource Management, Management and Change, Strategy and Leadership, Business Management. Known for providing great support to both colleagues and students with approachable demeanour. Dedicated to classroom and long-term student success in implementing performance-based curriculum delivery and assessment tool. Passionate about fostering academic development and success for every student. With more than 14 years of experience, I have worked with diverse student populations in Bachelor of Business Administration, Master of Business Administration, Bachelors of Commerce and Diploma in Business Management and successfully contributed to curriculum development and delivery. I have driven to contribute to program outcomes by facilitating engagement and supporting learning objectives, adapted curriculum to different learning styles, and incorporated practical applications of Human Resource Management, Organization Management, Financial Management, Strategic management, and Economics principles into my teaching.
