- Ability to manage Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy (CRRT), trouble shoot alarms and attend yearly training to maintain skills on both Prismaflex and PrisMax machines.
- Utilising appropriate policy and procedures and senior staff to further develop knowledge and critical thinking of the severely ill patients.
