  • Ownership and Execution of the Flight deck Procedures for DBA which ensure operational readiness on a daily basis.

Achievements:

  • Developed the processes for L1 DBA Alerts Triage as well as providing recommendations for Alerts Reduction and Triage efficiency. This resulted to 40% alerts reduction for DBA.
  • Development of the Situation Management function which aims to provide metrics-based quality for incident management as well as ensuring compliance of IT Operations-wide processes and standards.
  • Provided on boarding documentation for incoming Windows Graduates of 2010.
