Responsibilities:

• Guided field crews on proper survey methods and techniques.
• Used Autocad to create detailed maps from raw field data.
• Measured and marked property lines and key topographic features.
• Read and used topographical data to complete analysis of land plots and roadways.
• Transferring the necessary data of the project to total station
• To make the setting out and offsets of the transferred data on the construction site with total station
• Preparation of excavation-fill calculations in Autocad Civil3d program
• To make the necessary revisions related to the projects in Autocad Civil3d program
• Meetings were held with official institutions such as Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality (IBB), Ministry of Transportation, Istanbul Water and Sewerage Authority (ISKI) to obtain the necessary permits and licenses.

• Progress payments for the productions made were prepared

• Bakırkoy-Kirazli Metro Line in Istanbul (Budget 242 M€)
• Atakoy-İkkitelli Metro Line in Istanbul (Budget 339 M€)
• Başaksehir-Kayasehir Metro Line in Istanbul (Budget 180 M€)

Responsibilities:

As Infrastructure Supervisor in 3 different metro lines:

• Preparation, control and revision of infrastructure projects when necessary
• Renewal of temporary displacement lines of stations with permanent displacement (Wastewater Storm water -Water-Natural gas)
• Drilled TBM (Tunnel Boring Machine) and Cross Passage Shafts Infrastructure drilling excavations and displacement permit/approval follow-up
• Q2200-Q200 Concrete pipe, Corrugated pipe, Ductile Iron pipe, GRP (Glass Fiber Rain forced Polyester) pipe, HDPE (High Density polyethylene) pipe
• Preparation of the manufacturing attachment, obtaining the approval of the consultant and following the temporary work end project
• Closely liaising with all municipalities and institutions(ISKI-IGDAS) located on the metro line route and taking quİckly action when necessary
• Work planning, administration of infrastructure subcontracts

Project Description:

Istanbul Airport-Gayrettepe Metro Line and Dudullu-Bostancı Metro Line Platform Screen Doors (PSDs) Projects involved overseeing the installation of steel components for platform screen doors, enabling automatic door opening. The project addressed unique challenges related to the semi-circular design of the metro ceiling, requiring precise engineering to accommodate minimal clearances and strict tolerance

Responsibilities:

• Managed the installation of steel components for platform screen doors.
• Successfully addressed the challenges posed by the unique semi-circular design of the metro ceiling.
• Ensured precise engineering to accommodate minimal clearances between the doors and the metro, adhering to stringent tolerances to prevent collisions or contact.
• Led the digital transformation of project plans by digitizing them and converting them into Auto Cad3d drawings, resulting in enhanced project efficiency and accuracy.
• Managed steelwork projects with tight tolerances, maintaining a total tolerance of ±2mm, which demanded precise measurements, meticulous planning, and rigorous quality control.
• Oversaw projects related to elevator and stairwell shafts, commencing with comprehensive as-built surveys, including surface scanning, reporting on variations in surface design, and marking locations and elevations for plates.
