With over 16 years experience in early childhood I've had the privilege of supporting children's learning and development across a variety of settings.
Throughout my career, I've held several lead roles, assistant roles and float roles when i became a mum continued building strong relationships with families and created engaging child led environments.
I'm currently working as a bush kindy coordinator and part time float educator where i support children of all ages.
i love the balance this gives me leading nature based learning experiences outdoors while also working closely with different age groups within the centre.
bush kindy is a passion of mine and i find so much joy watching the children build confidence, resilience and deep connections with the natural world.
In addition to my early learning roles I also support before and after school care where i enjoy building strong relationships with school age children taking them on excursions and providing a calm exclusive space.

In my role as bush kindy coordinator, i plan and implement weekly outdoor sessions to the local bush land that help connect the children with nature and promote learning through exploring and playing in a natural environment. Also ensuring safety through risk assessments and careful planning.
As a float educator I support various rooms across the centre. stepping into leadership roles where needed. My flexibility has allowed me to build strong relationships with children of all ages and support my team with high quality play based learning thst aligns with early years learning framework.

I have a strong understanding of the EYLF and NQS and use these frameworks to guide my planning and practices, both in the classroom and outdoors
I use a positive respectful approach and always aim to create a safe and supportive space where the children feel heard and valued
im a strong communicator and take pride in building trusting relationships with the children, families and educators
I regularly reflect on my practices and document childrens learning thoughtfully to ensure my teahcing remais responsive and meaningful
