Working as a Craftsmanship and GD&T specialist in TOFAŞ.

I have two primary goals with this working strategy.

CRAFTSMANSHIP

• Establishing standards for all interior and exterior parts to match seamlessly and creating reference sections to determine gap and flush target.
• Generating reference sections to ensure areas match perfectly.
• Analyzing gap and profile differences between parts on 3D models and creating detailed reports in accordance with Stellantis standards.
• Producing visual analyses using NX (such as Visibility, Customer View, Parting Line, and Limit Study).
• Identifying visual defects, comparing cars in the current market, and proposing solutions to any issues.
• Supervising and monitoring all perceived quality activities and processes throughout all project phases.

GD&T

• Ensuring that the final product quality closely matches the intended design and analyzing manufacturing process variations to avoid over-design (which does not add value for the customer).

• Defining tolerance values for individual plastic parts.
• Defining tolerance values for individual plastic parts.
• Determining quality control point coordinates and developing a method to inspect them on the
control fixture.
• Calculating statistical tolerances for matching components.
• Defining singular tolerance values for composite and carbon materials.

• Established strong working relationships with clients through exceptional communication skills, fostering trust and collaboration.
• Performed preventative maintenance to keep tools and equipment functional.
• Wrote, reviewed and edited technical document in accordance with template requirements.
• Developed positive working relationships with stakeholders to effectively coordinate work activities.
• Preparation of certification documents for materials used in mechanical installations.
• Prepared monthly progress payment files

I have actively participated in the monitoring of the production processes of rubber parts used in the automotive and white goods industries, which are manufactured using extrusion and injection molding methods.

• Gained hands-on experience with various engineering tools, equipment, and materials through active participation in practical workshops.

I took an active part as an intern engineer in the machining process and assembly of the elements used in the conveyor systems of the company operating in the production of industrial transport systems.
