For over 45 years, thanks to the generosity and support from people right across Northern NSW, the Westpac Rescue Helicopter has grown to become a vital 24-7 aeromedical operation. Community fundraising and strong partnerships has always been integral to ensuring the quality, reliability and sustainability of our operations continue.

• Ensure events are coordinated and delivered in accordance with the Service's Event Management policies and procedure.
• Development, planning and post event reporting.
• Budget to achieve cost to income ratio.
• Liaise with event service providers.
• Develop effective promotional strategies and material for each event..
• Establish effective digital platforms for each event.
• Develop event sponsorship plans and packages, assist in securing sponsorship support.
• Effectively utilise RED CRM.
• Effectively engage with Business and Community Partnerships team to enure effective regional input.
• Work closely with Volunteers team.
• Source prizes and develop event presentations and run sheets for each event with the aim of maximizing fundraising revenue and participant experience.
• Liaise with the Finance team from commencement of event planning to ensure effective budget and finance administration.

• Effectively plan, coordinate and administer WRHS Events and assist with WHHS Community events with the aim of building community engagement, enhancing the WRHS brand, maximising participant experience and generate fundraising revenue as agreed in KPIs and annual Fundraising Plan.

The Snow Travel Expo is Australia's largest ski and snowboard consumer show, with a clear focus on domestic and global ski travel.

Our goal is to be a comprehensive, public snow sports Expo for ski and snowboard enthusiasts, where people can be entertained, educated and inspired.

• Organising, mobilise and coordinate staff, event participants, officials and administrators for the successful execution of the event.
• Responsible for running of the event from selling and generating new business, floor plan design, general planning right through to event days and everything in between.
• Serve as a link between clients with event contractors and external suppliers.
• Organise event contractors and liaise with in the lead up to and on event days.
• Organising creative and innovative activities and entertainment.
• Monitor the progress of planning and execution of each task that has to do with the event.
• Development of general event management policies and risk assessments.
• Ensure staff, work personnel and volunteers at the event adhere to management policies.
• Deal with people efficiently in a timely manner in sometimes difficult situations, think on my feet approach.

SIA is an industry body promoting trade between wholesale and retail members at an industry level.

The SIA has a role to promote itself as the industry voice, representing wholesaler and approved retailers to other industry trade bodies, resort boards and consumers for the purpose of promoting the snow industry here in Australia.

My role was to develop, manage and promote the SIA (Snowsports Industries of Australia) including organising and coordinating the Annual Trade Show and to grow the SIA on snow ski and snowboard consumer tests in NSW and VIC ski resorts.
