Summary

I started with Busuttin Racing when they moved from New Zealand to Australia almost 8 years ago. My initial responsibilities were monthly invoicing of accounts, payment of creditors, processing weekly payroll, and working with Racing Australia to register racehorses. I also assumed PA responsibilities for Trent Busuttin and Natalie Young.

As the stable expanded from 45 horses to 100 horses over two sites, I have introduced new systems to adapt to the needs of the stable.

I liaise with clients and suppliers on a daily basis. I also interact with our accountants to manage our two business, Busuttin Racing and Direct Floating.

I am responsible for ensuring that our employees are registered and have completed all mandatory training. I have worked with immigration agents to sponsor stable hands and track riders. I handle all work cover related matters for the stable as well.
